Castrol – European Distributors Conference 2025

We organized Castrol’s conference for British Petroleum’s European distributors in Dubrovnik, spanning three days at the Valamar President Hotel.

Aplauz Komunikacije created the full communication concept — the conference slogan and key messages — as well as the design of all promotional materials and stage scenography. Our team was responsible for complete production, technical support, and coordination of all suppliers and on-site activities.

The conference program was held at the Valamar President Hotel, where participants attended content-rich lectures and workshops, guided by the shared message “Gaining New Ground.” Our goal was to create an environment that supported business exchange while allowing guests to experience the very best of Dubrovnik.

A gala dinner took place in the historic Lazareti, blending the contemporary Castrol brand with authentic Dubrovnik ambience. Carefully designed award ceremonies, Mediterranean-inspired scenography, and local gastronomy all contributed to the unique atmosphere. Guests also enjoyed a cruise on a replica of a medieval carrack, experiencing Dubrovnik from the sea.

Organizing such a conference demanded a high level of preparation and logistical precision, especially since the international guests arrived from 25 different European countries — making flight and transfer coordination especially complex.
