To celebrate 25 successful years on the Croatian market and the opening of a new, modern Baking Center, Lesaffre Hrvatska hosted a premium event for 300 guests.
In the contemporary setting of Hotel Pullman Zagreb, we designed a festive event that uniquely blended Croatian and French culture through gastronomy, art, and music. Attendees included bakery industry professionals, business partners, media, and food influencers — as well as guests from Lesaffre headquarters in France and various European offices.

The concept was designed as a tribute to bread — a symbol of life and at the core of Lesaffre’s mission. We engaged Michelin-starred chef Goran Kočiš, who created a special menu combining Croatian and French baked goods, pairing different types of bread with complementary dishes for guests to enjoy.
The evening featured performances by Ana Opačak (French chansons), Alen Đuras (timeless hits), and a DJ-saxophone duo.

Guests also toured the new Baking Center and experienced an impressive multimedia installation: a hologram-style table projection show telling the story of Lesaffre’s history, market strength, tradition, and vision for the future.
We also managed media relations and coordinated with food influencers, ensuring that the celebration was widely shared in traditional and digital media.
